Protect your skin from the Ultra violet rays emitted by the Sun

We shall discuss about the effect of Ultra violet rays on our skin and the protective measures.

Sun rays that reach our surface, contains 56% Infra-red ray, 39% normal sunlight and 5% invisible Ultra Violet Ray.

Ultra Violet Rays are of three type 'UV-A', 'UV-B', 'UV-C'. Of these three the first two type of UV rays are very harmful for our skin in

particular and body in general. These rays are filtered and/or obstructed in the Ozone layer of the atmosphere, but sometime they can reach the atmosphere where we live in.

UV-A reaches deep in the skin and make the skin black, dry and chirred.

UV-B is most harmful particle that penetrates our skin and enters the body resulting increase of Melanocyte of skin. This causes spots on the skin and premature ageing.

Despite having pollution resulting destruction of ozone layer in the atmosphere, we cannot sit inside the house for fear of UV rays and their effects in our body and skin. Hence certain protections are needed to be taken.

There are certain natural masks that could be put on face and the exposed parts of our body. Coriander extracts, Potato extracts are very useful that nullifies the effects of these rays to a large extent. Regular use of these masks protects the skin and the body from the Ultra violet rays.

There are good sunscreen lotions available in the market those could be used with the advice of dermatologists. After research for long , a new sun protection molecule-mexoril-sx has been discovered which contains sun control moisturizer.

Those who are prone to exposure in the scorching sun, are to take care of their skin. Preventive measures for this are :

  • Avoid exposure to sun from late morning till afternoon or use sunglass and umbrella.
  • Use curtains in the room, which is exposed to sunlight as because the UV rays can reach inside the room also.
  • Additional intake of Vitamin E and Vitamin C help combating the bad effects of the UV rays.
  • Apply natural masks twice a day, at least before getting exposed to sun.
  • Apply sunscreen lotion in the even natural masks cannot be taken. While using sunscreen lotions, do not get lured to the fascinating advertisement alone, seek advice of the dermatologists for fruitful application.
