Kamalaa
Vetki (Orange Vetki)
Kamala is the Bengali name of Orange which is generally
takes as fruit by itself or in the form of juice or cold

Ingredients
- Bhetki
fish (of around 100 grams of weight) - 5 pieces
- Orange
(peeled and sliced) - 10 pieces
- Orange
Juice - 1 Cup
- Garam
Masala Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion
paste 50 grams
- Garlic
Paste 1 tablespoon
- Sugar
- 2 tablespoon
- Green
Chilly - 6 pieces sliced
- Salt
to taste
- Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoon
- White
Oil 4 table spoon
- Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Dhaniapatta
sliced 1 teaspoon
- Lemon
1 piece
- Peas
pilled 1/2 cup
Preparation:
- Marinate
the fish in Salt and Vinegar for 1 hour
- Now
add the paste of Garam Masala
- Put
white oil in the fry pan and fry the fish till light
brown colour
- Add
lemon, Oinion, Garlick, Salt, orange juice and sugar
- Spread
pepper powder on the top
- Decorate
the fish with the sliced orange, fried peas and dhania
patta on the top
- Serve
hot
