Preparation
Step
1
- Mix flour with the soda and reasonable quantity of
white oil.
Step

- Prepare medium size luchis (round flat shape) with
this mix.
Step

- Put 4 to 5 cut mark across each luchi with a sharp
knife. Roll the luchi
and close both ends of the rolls as shown in the picture.

- Now put the remaining white oil in a frying pan and
fry the rolls.

- Now add sugar with reasonable water and put the mix
in a kadaai on the
oven. Keep stirring the mix till it becomes bit sticky
not caramel.
Step

- Put the fried rolls in the sugar mix. Remove the kadaai
from the oven
and cool it.
Your
Jibhe Gajaa is ready to serve. The item can be preserved
up to seven days in a cool and dry atmosphere.
