Preparation
Step
1
- Mix flour, milk, and 50 grams of white oil well.
Step

- Grate coconut.
Step

- Mix grated coconut with 75 grams of sugar.
Step

- Put the coconut mix in a hot plate / Kadaai on oven and
stir till the
mixture becomes brown. Crush Cardamom and mix with it. Remove
the kadai from the oven and cool it.

- Take the flour mix and prepare them in medium size luchi
(round flat
shape).

- Put reasonable quantity of coconut mix on each luchi and
cover in the
shape as shown in the picture above.

- Put the remaining white oil in the kadaai and put it on
the oven.
Step

- Once the oil is hot, fry the luchis till they get deep brown
color

- Take the remaining quantity of sugar and add reasonable
water in it.
Step

- Put the sugar-water mix in the Kadaai and put the kadaai
on the oven.
Stir it till the sugar solution becomes a bit sticky. Take
care that it does
not become caramel. Remove the Kadai from the oven.
Step

- Put the fried luchis in the sugar solution and keep it for
30 minutes.
Your
Gokul Pithe is ready to serve now. The item should be taken
within 24 hours and be kept in a cool and dry place.
